Mr. Cordella has spent his career representing injured clients in a wide array of legal matters involving premises liability, automobile accidents, construction accidents, municipal litigation, complex product liability, and pharmaceutical litigation. 

As a fierce advocate, Mr. Cordella has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients through his successful litigation of cases in state and federal court to trial and appeal.  His trial experience has resulted in a substantial number of cases going to verdict, resulting in just compensation for his clients who have been victims of negligence. And while not every case ultimately goes to trial, Mr. Cordella focuses his preparation and legal strategy as if every case will, dedicated to vigorously litigating on behalf of his clients, ensuring that the insurance companies and private defendants have been held accountable to his clients in court.

Mr. Cordella also routinely engages in mediation and arbitration proceedings as alternatives to resolving cases outside the trial process.  He treats every client’s case with the attention, dedication and passion it deserves.  He has been a featured presenter on legal topics to community groups and has lectured at continued legal education courses and conferences.  Mr. Cordella gives back to the community through his service as a board member for a local community organization.  He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York City Bar Association.  He served as an editor of New York Law School’s Media Law and Policy Bulletin.
